We are very pleased to announce the addition of Paul Whiteman as partner to the Lexell Blue ownership team, joining founding partners Kelly Nighland, Jami Benson and Susan Pucciano.
Paul’s rich skill set and industry experience helps to expand the depth and breadth of Lexell Blue’s service offerings, by providing premium implementation services, best practice guidance and productivity assessments for Costpoint Project Manufacturing and Procurement solutions.
“I am excited to be joining such a well respected, experienced and professional team” said new Lexell Blue partner Paul. “With a combination of manufacturing, financial and technical knowledge and experience, this enables me to design creative and robust end-to-end solutions. This allows customers to realize maximum return on their Costpoint solution investment, increasing efficiencies by process automation, increasing product delivery and quality performance, and shop floor visibility”.
Prior to Lexell Blue, Paul worked at Deltek Inc for 10 years, in which he supported several successful Costpoint deployments as a Senior Principal Materials Management Consultant. In this role, Paul helped drive efficiency improvements in Supply Chain, Order Entry, Configuration Management, Planning, Production Control and Inventory Control processes, for Aerospace & Defense contractors of varied sizes and complexity, including the largest Costpoint implementation to date – SAIC. In 2011, Paul was promoted to Solution Architect at Deltek Inc. He served as a strategic advisor on sales pursuits, analyzed customer requirements, made solution recommendations, provided accurate services estimates, and supported initial stages of implementations. Paul has an in depth understanding of the latest additions to the Project Manufacturing solutions, Costpoint MES and Shop Floor Time.
Prior to coming to the US, Paul worked for one of the largest manufacturing companies in New Zealand, and then for a Deltek customer in the United Kingdom in which he was responsible for deploying and maintaining the Accounting, People and Materials functions of Costpoint. His education includes a Bachelor of Manufacturing and Industrial Technology from Massey University in New Zealand, a Java II Programming Certificate from Sun Microsystems, and a Government Contracting Certificate from George Mason University.
